NHTSA Requires that inspection results be collected. After completing the necessary inspections (see instructions and videos below), you are required to submit the Recall Inspection Form located at the bottom of this page.

Upon receipt of the Recall February 2020, Freedman Seating Company is requesting you provide notification of this Safety Recall of the subject seat to your Dealer and Customer/Owner.
